December 31, 2007	Under the European Union funded project "Institutional Strengthening and Long Term Management and Conservation of Marine and Coastal Resources in South Asia", and with the support of the South Asia Coral Reef Task Force (SACRTF), five small action grants are available for environmental education and outreach activities at the particiating MCPA sites (St. Martins Island, Bangladesh; Mahatma Ghandi National Park, Andaman Islands, India; Baa Atoll, Maldives; Jiwani (Gwater), Pakistan; and Bar Reef, Sri Lanka). December 20, 2007	U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Grants The Grants Program sponsored by EPA's Environmental Education Division (EED), Office of Children's Health Protection and Environmental Education, supports environmental education projects that enhance the public's awareness, knowledge, and skills to help people make informed decisions that affect environmental quality. EPA awards grants each year based on funding appropriated by Congress. Annual funding for the program ranges between $2 and $3 million. More than 75 percent of the grants awarded by this program receive less than $15,000.	EPA web site
